Over the years, ABC Plumbing has worked for a wide variety of home builders. It became very obvious to us that many customers were not being treated fairly once they had moved in to their new home. We realized a need for an affordable, high quality, service oriented home builder who would stand by their customers for many years after moving in to their new home. In 2002 we founded Park View Homes which is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABC Plumbing. It was a natural step for us as we had so many trades in house already and also because we already had an understanding of what customer service meant and we felt that we could apply that same service to all of our homes.
We acquired the proper team that could carry a customer through the building process with a high level of comfort. We believe that in the process of building you your home we can also build a relationship so that each and every home buyer isn't left with a feeling of betrayal once they have moved in to their new home. Our home buyers can rest assured that every one of their concerns will be addressed should they have any. Our goal is to make every home we build a positive, stress free experience.
